April 2nd – World Autism Awareness Day
UN announces “Toward Autonomy & Self-Determination” as theme of World Autism Awareness Day, highlighting the right of person with disabilities to gain “legal capacity on an equal basis with others in all aspects of life” .
April is also The Autism Awareness Month, intention here is to promote acceptance & celebration of autistic people as family members, friends, classmates, co-workers, & community members, making valuable contributions to our world, we at SPARRC Institute would like to celebrate the whole month focusing on creating the awareness.
