Height loss
Height loss really ? i have always known about weight loss which is good but height loss is it even possible ?
“well now i think i need to read and find out when does height loss occur and what are the causes “
Our bones, muscles, and joints changes as we all age , we will lose almost one- half cm every 10 years after we age 40. Height loss is even more rapid after age 70. you may lose a total of 1 to 3 inches in height as you age.
Now of course you will all start think , How i could prevent this ?
Only way is healthy diet and staying physically active and treating bone loss.
Now again you will think how about just healthy diet and maintaining my health because i really dont like physical activity ,
well in that case less leg muscles and stiffer joints can make moving around harder . Excess body fat and changes in body shape can affect your balance. Changes in total body weight vary for men and women . For men mostly when the male sex harmone testosterone start to drop when they age 55 , their body begins to lose weight . For women when they age 65 they will begin to lose weight . weight loss occurs later in life partly because fat replaces lean muscle tissue, and fat weighs less than muscle. Hence healthy diet and exercises are the only way to prevent loss of height and it also plays a vital role in a person’s weight change over their lifetime.
