Eligibility – High School Graduates
Duration – 4 weekends
Course content- Kinesio mechanics, warm-up, stretches, creative movements, designing movements, movement therapy, Aerobics-High Low and step, zumba, kickboxing, Kalari, dancersise
Venue – Sparrc Institute Ttk Road Chennai
Time – 9 am to 5 pm
Cost – Rs 20000, early registration offer – before the 15th of October Rs 18000.
Starts on Ist November followed by four consecutive weekends
