Yoga Workshop October 2012 Batch
ABC OF YOGA!
In this course we will systematically build a practice based on the standard elements of Yoga: Sun Salutations, standing poses, the easier seated poses in the Primary Series, back bending, and a simple finishing sequence. Attention will be paid to correct breathing and alignment, and alternatives will be offered for students who cannot do a pose due to physical limitations. Each student will learn how to work individually, sculpting the appropriate sequence of postures for themselves.
Our 12 days/12 sessions workshop is meant for beginners, students wanting to refine their understanding of the YOGA practice
